From deep hoppers to alloy chutes, Kaiser alloy plants are dimensioned to meet the increased requirements of the area of application. Assemblies such as S-conveyors, vibrating feeders and collecting belts are custom-made for the conditions on site. All plant components are designed for 24-hour continuous operation. They are maintenance-friendly and designed for maximum wear resistance, for example in the form of reinforced and bolted wear plates at the transfer points.
Kaiser's alloy plants reduce the dust load by means of extraction systems; the sound pressure is lowered by noise reduction measures. All safety equipment is state of the art.
